Smoke Alarm Inspection

What to Expect:

  1. Replacement of Battery
  2. Complete Wipe down and Clean
  3. Decibel reading test
  4. Digital Photograph of Alarm details
  5. Upon Inspection if the unit is expired within 10 Yrs of Manufacturing date, we will replace the Smoke Alarm unit at no additional cost.
  6. Digital Report will be provided.

Add Ons and What to Expect

Corded Blinds Inspection

  1. Corded Blinds rectification, shortening of cords, installing and securing safety devices to ensure proper safety of the household.
  2. Free replacement or installation of missing or damaged cleats, cord guides and warning labels.
  3. Digital Report will be provided.

Safety Switch Inspection

  1. Testing of the Safety Switch functionality, (If any unit happens to fail upon inspection there will be no additional charges for the replacement of the individual unit or a call out fee).
  2. Digital Report will be provided.

Air Conditioner Filter Cleaning

  1. Aircon filter cleaning for Split and Ducted units only.
  2. Digital Report will be provided.

Thermal Safety Switchboard Inspection

  1. Switchboard Cover Removal: To access all internal components.
  2. Comprehensive Infrared Scanning: Detailed scanning of all electrical components, wiring, and connections inside the switchboard.
  3. In-Depth Report: A detailed report highlighting any irregularities detected in the captured imagery.
  4. Advanced Technology: We use the latest infrared thermal imaging equipment and software, ensuring that our methods and procedures are up to date.
  5. Digital Report and Quotation will be provided.

Water Efficiency Inspection

  1. Checking for leaks and water efficiency in Single Mixer Taps and Shower heads for kitchen sinks and bathroom basins.
  2. From March 23, 2025, all toilets on the property must be dual-flush. Dual-Flush toilets must have a minimum 3-star- WELS rating.
  3. A detailed report will be also provided if any faults or leaks are detected upon inspection.
